Pentagon Machines has a long-standing background in the design and manufacture of Special Purpose Machines (SPM), developed to meet specific manufacturing and automation requirements across automotive and engineering applications. Each system is built with a clear understanding of the component, the manufacturing sequence, and the operational constraints of the end application.
Over the years, Pentagon has developed SPMs for critical automotive components, including cast iron cylinder blocks and cylinder heads, aluminium crankcases and cylinder heads, and tractor transmission housings. The company has also designed and built specialised machines for forged steel crankshaft machining, covering processes from CNC turning to CNC pin milling and grinding.
In addition to industrial applications, Pentagon has delivered customised machines for consumer product manufacturing, including candy production equipment and retail display systems such as Wrigley’s bubble-gum stands.
